Lake Champagne Campground

Located in the center of Vermont the campground sprawled over 100 acres. Some of the sites were shaded by trees while others were in open meadows. The pond had a small beach and was easily swimmable, in fact it felt quite good. The park also offers a rec rooom and volleyball area. There were very few showers which meant a bit of a wait at times. They were small but clean. The laundry room was all the way across the campground which made for a rather long walk on laundry day. The park is open from the end of May through mid-October.
