Cooper Lake State Park South Sulphur Unit

This Texas state park is a gem tucked into the rural countryside not all that far from Dallas. Though quite windy the lake area made for great bird watching, especially since we were the only ones there during the week. Caution, watch out for the scorpions that hang out around the bathrooms at night.
