This concept restaurant is a take-off from a Jimmy Buffett song and has several locations across the country. What could have been
a fun, if kitschy time was less than enjoyable. The hostess neglected to offer us patio seating (which was wide open, no wait),
our server forgot about us, the kitchen undercooked our “cheeseburger” and the live band played hard rock. Not quite the “theme
experience” it was meant to be.
