John H Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor
This National Heritage Corridor protects and promotes numerous sites throughout the Blackstone River Valley where America’s Industrial Revolution began. Stretching across two states there are too many locations to mention. We visited the end of the Blackstone River Canal in Providence, Rhode Island and the River Bend Farm which serves as a Visitor Center in Uxbridge, Massachusetts. With so many locations included in the Corridor there are hundreds of different activities available, something to interest just about anyone.
