Park Café and Grocery

This small cafe is always busy and often there is a wait for a table. The place is quaint with a few tables inside, a few on the patio, and a few seats at the counter. The staff is sweet enough but they seem perpetually confused so service is always a bit lacking but we overlook that because we love their food and the prices aren’t outrageous. Very laid back place but they take the food seriously offering up eclectic fare which is a welcome change from standard offerings in tourist-packed areas. No matter what you should save room for pie – they bake multiple flavors fresh everyday. You can even order a whole pie a day in advance. Caution: Do not eat here if you are in a hurry. Only open from May through September.
