Adams National Historical Park

There are several locations included in this park about the Presidential Adams family. To get the most out of your visit start at the Visitor Center (1250 Hancock Street) where you can sign up for the tour and explore the exhibits. The tour goes by trolley to the birthplaces of John Adams and John Quincy Adams as well as the homestead where JQA retired. We enjoyed the tour of the old houses but we would have liked more time to explore at each location. Hint: A fee is charged for the tour but if you have a National Park pass you’ll get your tour free. Also, be sure to get your parking validated for free parking at the Visitor Center.
