Though this casual, patio area is connected to the pricey and formal Latitude 31 they share nothing but the kitchen. On nice days this is the best place to be on the entire island. You can enjoy a cold one and some fresh, delicious seafood while overlooking the water. Feel free to eat with your hands as you watch the sunset, everyone else will be doing the same. Only bummer? Its only open seasonally.

Jekyll Island State Park Campground
The beach, fishing pier, golf courses, and historic district are only a few miles from the campground. The campground is privately operated for the state and offers a small store, bike rentals and wifi. Thankfully, the entire island is owned by the state of Georgia and much of it is undeveloped and must stay that way by law. We wished we could stay longer and would love to camp there again some day.
