Santa Maria Pines RV Park

This park is older and a bit small but we liked the location. It provided us with easy access to Hwy 101 and was just north of downtown Santa Maria. Though it was next door to a Family Fun Center and not far from the highway we had no trouble with noise. The park had a small pool next to the bathhouse and laundry room. We did not use the pool but it was often busy during the warm days. There were year-round residents towards the back of the park but overall the area seemed fairly neat and tidy if a bit aged. Hint: Just kitty-corner across the street is a fairly large city park with a playground, walking path, disc golf course, barbecue pits, and picnic tables. At the end of Preisker Lane is an entrance to a multi-use path that follows along the river. The river is usually dry but the path stretches for miles; good for joggers or bike riders.
