Arkansas
Our week in Arkansas left us hungry for more. Arkansas proudly proclaims itself to be the Natural State and for good reason. With the Ouachita Mountains, Arkansas River, Buffalo National River, Trail of Tears and the prairie and delta regions there is much to explore. We wandered around famous Hot Springs National Park, attempted to find diamonds at Crater of Diamonds State Park and dug for quartz crystals in the Ouachita Mountains but most importantly we spent time with friends.
