Queen Mine Tours

The “Queen Mine Underground Tour” is fun and informative look at one of the oldest copper mines in Arizona. The tour guides—most of them former miners—take you below ground in an ore car turned passenger train. You then walk around several shafts and learn about practices, stories, and legends that surround the mining industry in the Bisbee area.

Bisbee Mining and Historical Museum

This comprehensive museum takes on Bisbee’s storied past. Once known as “Queen of the Copper Camps”, Bisbee was a wealthy town built literally on top of the area’s rich ore deposits. The museum’s many exhibits, movies, and tours will give you a great introduction to Bisbee; and if you are an old hat, you should still go since you might learn something new.
