In San Antonio we explored the Riverwalk several days in a row, and also took the famous river boat tour around the downtown area. It’s a great way to see the city—and the tour guides give you a rundown of all the famous buildings and historical areas.

Here is what it looks like to see one of the boats go by on the San Antonio Riverwalk.

Each time I saw the boat go by with a tall driver, I would wince as they approached the bridge. All the bridges over the Riverwalk looked really low! Our driver told us that he would not hit his head, so not to worry about it because when they hired him that morning they asked him how tall he was.
