Tips on Commuting by Bike (by Google)

Filed under: Lance's Report by Lance on 9/14/2005

This one is for Aaron J., Dave B., Tim H, and other bike types. Ride on! For the rest of you (ummm, Joel P. and Lance W.) don’t bother reading on because a bike would be overkill for the walk from the bedroom to the workplace in the other room).

Even if you do commute to work (wish you worked at home, don’t you?), you should grab the bike instead of jumping in the car. Not only are gas prices high, but you could use the exercise I’m sure. Seriously, though, riding your bike to work could be the best thing you do all day. Clear your head, work up a sweat, get your heart pumping…all good things. If you are in Tucson or Phoenix, now is just beginning to be a great time to jump on the two- or three-wheeler since we are finally below 100 degrees each day.

For those of you who haven’t biked much to work, or want to do it more, check out Google’s list of tips for commuting to work. Via 43Folders site.
