Superior, Here We Are
As promised, I posted some photos of our new home in Superior, Arizona. Please note, though, that these are the BEFORE pictures when Erin went up to clean the cottage (yes, it’s pink!). We’ve since made it a lot nicer with some elbow grease, some classic wood furniture hand-made in Tucson, and our knick-knacks. Oh, and the IKEA desk, how could I forget…Once we finally get around to it I will post the AFTER images so you can see how cute and snuggly it really is.
Erin’s new job is at Boyce Thompson Arboretum, which is only 5 minutes from our new place. So much for gas issues, eh? And my commute is about 5 steps from the bedroom to the aforementioned IKEA furniture. No worries there. The reason I mention the Arboretum is that we came up with our friends Jeff and Maryann from Tucson several months ago before Erin even had a clue about the job opening here… So I also posted some cool pictures from that trip. The irony is that now we live here!
